3 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking power
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and baking powder and set aside.
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 tsp ground ginger
4 tsp pumpkin spice
1/2 tsp ground cloves
3/4 tsp salt (omit if using salted butter)
In an electric mixing bowl, cream the butter until fluffy.
Mix in ginger, pumpkin pie spices, cloves, and salt.
Divide dough in half and wrap each piece in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sprinkle powdered sugar onto a surface and roll out dough to 1/4 inch thick. Cut out Jammie Claus's Gingerbread Sleigh. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
